Yes. Couri footers install into Gmail via the Settings → Signature editor. Paste the HTML code once and you're done. Couri footers are tested and verified for Gmail on desktop and mobile.
Yes. Couri works with Outlook 365 (web and desktop), Outlook for Mac, and Windows Outlook. We provide specific install instructions for each Outlook variant in the Deploy Guide inside the platform.
Scheduling
Couri includes built-in scheduling directly inside your email footer. Instead of sending a Calendly link, your recipient can book from the email itself, with no redirects, no extra pages and instant confirmation. Many users replace Calendly entirely with Couri's booking block.
VCode & Verify
No. A QR code is an open format that anyone can generate offline with a library, which is why a QR code proves nothing about who made it. A VCode cannot be forged: one cannot be generated outside the platform that issues it, so a VCode that resolves is one that was really issued. It is a proprietary 2D verification code invented by Louis-James Davis and developed within the Confrmo group, cryptographically bound to the sender's identity, message fingerprint, timestamp, campaign ID and booking link. The image can be copied, like any printed mark. What it does cannot: the code carries no behaviour of its own, and every scan resolves against the live record, so a copy still resolves to the sender it was issued to.
Yes. Couri Verify, powered by VCode, allows any recipient to tap or scan the code embedded in a Couri footer. They see an instant verification result: sender name, company, domain, timestamp, message ID, campaign and expiry. Authentic, Expired, Revoked or Unknown status is clearly shown.
Campaigns
Yes. This is Couri's core capability. Every image in a Couri footer is served live from the Couri Render Engine. When you change a campaign banner in the platform, it updates immediately across every email that contains your footer, including emails already sitting in inboxes.
Analytics
Analytics are only visible to senders after they log in to the Couri dashboard. Recipients see identity, booking, campaign and VCode verify elements only. They never see impression counts, click data, or any tracking information.
Teams
Yes. Couri Pro supports up to 5 live footers, making it ideal for small teams. Couri Scale supports unlimited footers and includes team management, bulk deploy and a centralised campaign manager for the whole organisation.
Agencies
Yes. Couri Scale includes a white-label control plane for agencies. You manage all client footers, campaigns and analytics from one account. Each client sees only their own brand, not Couri's. The API lets agencies automate footer creation and deployment at scale.
